How to trace ip and locate the owner's location

Run and type cmd.
prompt should show off.
tracert and type you want trace which website (eg Google.com)



tracert google.com



Copy the last ip and go to

http://www.ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/

Paste the ip to the box and trace it.
You should see the ip location.
